  1. Main Spec over Off Spec
  2. Biggest upgrade
  3. Special consideration for BIS pieces

Why do we do it this way?

This way the entire team is improved overall so we can down more content and get more loot faster and easier. It will also make the transition to heroics a lot easier for us. 

Custom Specs:

If you run a custom spec and want a special BIS consideration list you must post it on the forums and mail the RL in game prior to the start of the raid. This way we know from the beginning and there will be fewer delays during the loot handout.
